Hello everyone. This is my first post to the site so please forgive because if I don't do good of a job posting my question.
I have a Flexi-Jet Model S. Was printing a shirt yesterday, and the machine gave me the 00010004 error code. I checked the encoder strip, cleaned it, it looks perfect. The encoder strip looks to be lined up straight in the sensor where it runs on top of the back of the head. I did notice on my shirt that it had a small line, indention, where it looks like the little roller from the cutter rubbed on it. The line was about 2 inches long, right on the side of the platen closest to the capping station. Not sure why it would have done this. Now, I have tried starting the machine several times, and it starts for maybe 1 second, then immediately gives me the error code. I've tried with the head on the capping station, all the way to the left, in the middle, no matter where it is at it does the same thing. I've since removed the roller part for the cutter. I'm kind of at a loss. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
