Hey guys.

My texjet plus doesnt work anymore. On the upper LCD it shows me the errorcode 1135 and on the lower LCD it shows error 0020. I tried to get into the diagnostic mode but it didnt work at all. Can't do anything and i dont know what to do.

The printer was in the middle of a printing session and stopped halfway and the errors popped up.

There is nothing about the error code 1135. I looked in the net and in the manual
I need quick help.

Hi zero,

1135 indicates that there is something wrong with the print head carriage movement. So, there are a few things to check, but they need to be checked by a Polyprint technician. In short:
1) Carriage shaft (clean it-lube it)
2) Encoder CR (clean it-check for scratches)
3) Capping station (the head cannot properly lock/unlock due to accumulated dirt on the rubber part --> clean it thoroughly)
4) Print head harness cables (if damaged, they need to be replaced)

I tried cleaning the parts but it didnt work.

Can you tell me, if there are any polyprint technicians in Northrine Westphalia, Germany? Can not find anyone nearby execpt the retailer from Berlin.
