Error 00010028 in our DTG Viper

Our VIPER DTG printer broke one damper, and this caused us to have to clean the whole print head of white ink that had spilled. After disarming and limpar the print head, the printer did not return to work ... It says: error 00010028. I have read on this forum that someone called Leo and Justin have answers to this problem. You can help?
