Hello fellow members

My name is Erik and I'm based out of Pomona Ca.

I joined the forum to see what types of questions are generally being asked that could possibly help me out in the industry that I have just recently joined the past 4 months.I look forward to seeing how this forum can be an awesome tool to retrieve information and build business relations with my fellow peers in the clothing industry.

Hi Bill
You asked what kind of business I'm running, primarily silk-screening and heat transfers. I'm currently working on job right now where I'm silk-screening some artwork that a tattoo artist had drawn which requires half tone printing. I'm fairly new in this industry, but I'm quick learner. If you have any insight regarding half tone that may help me out then please feel free

Hi Erik,

Thanks for that answer. Compared with printing, i know more about garments production, expect to learn from you, also like to share always.

Hi,
my name is Shannon. I just bought a new t-shirt press and don't know what transfer to use.
I don't know how high to set the heat. I only have an hp printer. I need help before I spend money on all the wrong things.
Hi Shannon

Most Heat transfers that we do we heat up anywhere from 360-390 degrees and we set the timer anywhere from 10-12 seconds. I hope this information will be beneficial to you.
