Equipment repair

I have an old metal halide exposure. It is no longer manufactuered. They were bought out by Atlas. The machine comes on, but it never lights the light. I have tried 3 bulbs.

Does anyone know what type of company I could call who work on this thing?

sounds like it might be the ballast...that is something than can be DIY
