Epson workforce 7720

I’m need to buy a printer for heat transfers and dye sub. I’ve been thinking of buying the Epson 1430. However, I found the 7720 and was wondering if this would work. Anyone have experience or knowledge on this?

It will work for both.

For regular inkjet transfers it is pigment based from the factory, or you can go 3rd party.

This replaces the 7710 which many (self included) was using for both. The carts are the the same as the 7710.

Sublimation ink ICC support may be forth coming since it is a new released model.
