Epson wf7510 will not recognize cobra cis

Greetings.
Once again I am in need of assistance. I am using an Epson wf7510 printer and I had purchased the Cobra Ink CIS system. I followed the installation instructions to the tee, however my printer is not recognizing the cartridges. I tried the methods that were described in the video to solve this issue. No luck. I even tried to reset the computer by turning it off and on 5 times(as described in an online post)

I contacted Cobra with my problem,I am waiting for their reply

This is an inconvenience to say the least. Any ideas on how to alleviate this problem.

I had the same problem when I got mine. It ended up being the wrong board for my printer. I contacted Cobra and they sent me the correct board for my printer next day mail. I installed it and I've never had a problem since.

Thank you, hubermagic. I contacted Richard, he said it could be a faulty battery. I'm hoping that's the case. We'll see.

He told me the same thing and the battery change did nothing, it was the electronic board.
