Epson T3270 - Keeps printing/cutting an extra inch

Every time I print something with my Epson T3270, say 24" x 30" print, I get 24" x 31"

I have stared at the settings forever, and can't figure out why it is doing this.

Any ideas or someone experience a similar problem?
