Whats the difference between t 7000 and f 7000 sublimation printer?.Both are 44 inch..
The F Series is specifically designed by Epson for Sublimation ink, has a full one year warranty on it, including the heads and has ink costs of $125 per liter, compared to the carts available for the T-Series which cost over $450 per liter. You put sublimation inks in the T-Series and according to Epson you have voided the warranty.

Full disclosure - My company is a approved reseller of the Epson F Series machine, but we have customers who looked at both and were able to very quickly decide the T-Series should probably remain being used for what it was designed for, and that is not sublimation.

Can we use epson t 7000 printer as a sublimation without epson warranty. Price difference is 3000$.
You should be able to get warranty service but it would have to come from your sublimation supplier and not Epson, which means you buy the printer from them, then go to them for service.

Many of the large format sub ink suppliers do this.

Next business day tech support provided by Epson is a key selling point. They also offer the option to extend the warranty past a year. Anyone looking to upgrade their machine or get started in dye sublimation should consider the piece of mind Epson is offering with models like the F6070.

The Epson Website for the F Series printers states the warranty is 1 year OR two service visits, whichever comes first. After two visits you would have to purchase a new warranty. Maybe someone can clarify.

If you are using the SublijetE cartridges in the T Series printer, and for some reason Epson doesn't cover the warranty, then Sawgrass will cover that warranty repair for the first year. We have not had any problems with Epson not covering any warranty repairs on the T Series printers.

The SublijetE Cartridges are more expensive than liter options, as they are $320 for 700 milliliters.

There is one other difference in the T-series printers. We can run them with the CMYK ink set, and add either a fluorescent pink or fluorescent yellow in the 5th channel for spot color fluorescent colors. It is a real cool option.
