Hi I just got a p800 and converted it. I downloaded the trial of cadlink and when I print my test images the ink is puddling up on the transfer sheet.
Can someone please help me out. Also I see that there are 2 versions of the driver for the p800. Is there a wrong version to use? Attached is a print out. Thanks

I only use Digital Factory Apparel for DTG - I don't have the DTF version. I assume you downloaded the DTF version of Digital Factory, and I guess the Epson Edition.

It looks like you're using a DTG queue. The Ink curves are wrong and you would have white on top if you had the right queue - In your 'queue manager' you should at least see Epson SC-P800 DTF Sheet v2.
Or maybe you have the right queue and
A)you haven't profiled yet:
You have to run the wizard to set your max white, your choke, and your white under black setting.


B) you haven't done the ink order setup:
In the Devices menu, choose 'print test page' and Print the Ink Order test page and make sure the ink order is assigned correctly.

Cadlink doesn't have a proper manual or help option other than the junky compass tool - so you have to check out their youtube channel that should have a few tutorial videos and webinar recordings for the DTF version of Digital Factory.
