ive been trying to figure out why my epson c86 build isnt showing the prints it does..

I unclogged the printhead and checked the ink pump, both seem to be working like they should, but when i go to do a clean printhead function i dont see any ink being sent through the ink pump's tube.

the cartridges are brand new too.

the padding doesnt show any signs of ink on it under the print head after the head cleaning is done either.

Have you removed the yellow tape from the carts?
If yes, then there is something wrong with the pump.
It may look like it is working but it does not seal or does not have enough suction.

Probably a damaged print head.

Sometimes when you clean the print head using a solution, the solution leak to other parts of the print head and damage your print head once you power it on.

It happen mostly when too much pressure is applied when injecting the liquid.

Not sure if you can hear it, but when the print head is sucking ink you can hear a very tiny electronic beep when sucking the ink. If you do not hear this, then the print head is dead.
