at the same time? I purchased the Epson C120 and Durabright Ink a few months ago. Twice now ALL 3 color ink cartridges have run out at the same time..is this normal? I thought each color would run out a different times....do I need to adjust a setting or is this normal?

Also...the 2 black cartridges are showing the same level of ink!

I have a c120 and it depends on the colors in the design if there is a lot of the color used yes that will happen.

Dear Michelle,

The carts for the c120 have a MUCH smaller amount of ink in each cart than the c88 (the predecessor to the c120).

In fact, Sawgrass Ink sells sublimation carts in a 2pack for the c120 for the same price as one c88 cart, specifically because of the ink volume in the c120 carts.

The only permanent solution is to get yourself a quality bulk ink system.
