Hi guys,

I'm debating whether I should get 10 Epson F2100s or get 1 Kornit / Aeeon which is 2x the price of 10 Epson F2100s.

Epson F2100 - Print 20 shirts per hour x 10 printers = 200 shirts per hour
Price - $160k

Kornit Avalanche - Prints 200-300 shirts per hour
Price - $400k

Aeeon - Prints 200-300 shirts per hour
Price - $400k

Does anyone know a good workflow for all of this as well?

I need to fulfill for multiple companies with thousands of Skus of shirt designs.

Multiple machines give you the ability to keep running jobs if one unit is down! On the other end, ink cost on F2100 is around $0.34/cc when it is around $0.18/cc on Kornits. Do not know about Aeoon... You absolutely need a good forced air conveyor dryer for those volumes!!!
