My shop started using a Direct to Screen printer a while ago but we also bought an Epson 9890 for when we do jumbo prints, bandanas, and posters. So we don't use it everyday, only a couple times a month. Lately I've been having an issue with it finishing a print cycle. It will start printing an image and either stop halfway through or only print one of the (let's say) three films i need. Canceling the job does nothing, all i can do is turn the printer off and when i turn it back on it will print the next film.
I know i need to call a tech but I was hoping someone might have a work around or know of an easy fix.
