Epson 4900 has stopped cutting (we use roll media) after printing and the LED display no longer appears. Of course, we are about two months past warranty. The vendor we purchased the printer from won't help and since we use All Black Ink for printing positives instead of Epson inks, Epson won't help either.
This has nothing to do with either the printheads or the ink we are using. This is obviously an electrical or circuit board issue. Can anyone help us out?
