Hi, I have an Epson 4880. Just had the head cleaned and putting back together. Wanted to make sure I have the cable correct. Anyone can tell me how the cables go back in the print head? Blue tabs both facing inwards?

I know it is an old thread and I do not think the OP is waiting for the answer but just to make it easier for others I would rather reply.
If you put the head with nozzle plate up the first cable should be marked with "0" and the second one marked "00" should go the last. In terms of which way each cable should be connected to its connector the simple way to find out is to look at the pins on each cable and inside each female connector.
