I have read about the chromablast/Sublijet 4880 Hybrids.
My question is would I be able to create a hybrid using the original four CMYK channels for general paper/poster printing and the other four channels for an all black system for printing my film positives.

I have no interest in sublimation printing I need the printer mainly for film positives but would be nice to keep colour printing an option instead of converting all 8 channels to black.

Would this be possible through Accurip by simply changing the four channels in use for colour/black?

Any feedback appreciated.
