The Tigers might be 5000 miles away from me but when things go wrong, it's like having them in my print room :)

Thanks for your amazing support and helping me solve this problem - I never expect you guys to work into the weekend but you're all so devoted to getting problems sorted.

Look forward to receiving the Dark Media Production Mode Profile.

Thanks :D

Head temp error.
This can be caused by a few things, but if you have not messed with the fluid connections on the print head then you will probably need to clean and re-seat the print-head cable.

Did you try AA tech support yet?
Thank you so much for your attention to NeoFamily:p
Even though you said you will never post in TSF ever but you realize how urgent John was and you decide post to help him. Thank you again.
Cheers! Beers are on me always!:D
PS: I rarely post on BQ area but I should pay back to your kindness. Thx again

I have the same issue after installing a new head. The new head (and new ribbon cables) worked for half a day when it suddenly stopped with this error. I have re-seated all cables, but still the same error code. Any other suggestions? It is a brand new head, I cannot imagine that it can break down already?

Check the sensor that is located near the belt gear. Look near the end of the encoder strip where the carriage sits. You will need to release the carriage to access the sensor. Sometimes it can get bumped when removing/installing the belt and become misaligned causing this error code.
