I recently got a 4800, and got it up and running perfect..
I had my setting switched to black, it was printing nicely..
I started to experiment and switch to color to see how it'll print.. It printed only a yellow haze..
I had switched back to black ink to print a film today and nothing is printing, my print heads are moving like it looks like it would be printing..

Has anyone encountered this or have any tips?

thanks

Good Morning,
I also have an Epson 4800 and have encountered this problem a few times. I would run a deep clean and see if that fixes the problem. Maybe your print nozzles are clogged. Don't do this too often as it wastes alot of ink. Worth a try. Not good to have your printer down.
Good luck
