We've been using the Epson Artisan 1430 for 6 years now. Haven't had any issues until yesterday. When outputting multi color jobs, the film isn't lining up at the top and bottom. On screen, everything is perfect. We hit print and it is off by a hair. The issue is happening both vertically and horizontally.

Any ideas? Appreciate the help!

in the printer utilities (software) there is a test to run for "print head alignment". I think that would be where I would start
