Hi just wondering if anybody knows a way to fix the problem i am having with my 1410 printer.

When i print a full colour dyesub print i get track marks from the little metal wheels that run the paper through the printer its like it lifts the ink off onto the spikey rollers. THen when i heat press i get a slight mark.

Also could anybody tell me the right settings for this printer just to see if i am running it ok.

Any help with this would be fantastic.

Although it is designed for the 2200 model it may possibly work on your 1410.
