ok, I had to swap drivers before it gave me those settings, however, When I go to print something, the acetate just runs through the machine and nothing gets printed! anyone know what might be the problem?

Where do I find the 'glossy paper' or other preferences for printing films with the epson 1400 in photoshop or illustrator? im using a macbook pro with cs4. In illustrator, file > print only yields a box with color management and a preview, there is no advanced settings box or anything.
