Ok before I shell out the money for an Epson 1400 I have a question. I have an all-in-one Epson and I have to tape white paper to the back of my transparencies to get it to print.
If I don't it will give an "OUT OF PAPER" warning.
So will I have this problem with the 1400 ? It says on the epson website that the 1400 can not print transparencies. So is there a driver or specific setting that will allow the printer's paper sensor to print?
Thanks from a newbie

Yes, the Epson R1400 can print films. Just make sure you get the right films that are waterproof and made for the reception on ink for film positives. You can find these films at different suppliers, such as : Ryonet, oversizedfilm.com, etc.
the side that you print on will have a little tooth to it, you know, it'll be just a little rough. That's the receptor side.
