Hi guys,

I'm converting Epson 1400 to DTG printer using uniDTG manual. I've run to an issue with it. On power on the carriage makes the full way to the left side and then returns to the right position. ASF keeps rotating and I got this error "0x52 Carriage could not be locked. Paper jam. Foreign object. Deformation.".

I've checked everything with the manual and can't find anything that I've done wrong.

Do you have any ideas how to proceed with this?

Are you trying to print Roll mode or sheet mode? Paper printing mode got to match the setting in printer same as setting in print type..

I've figured it out... pump and asf motors were switched. Now the head locks but gives "0x60 PW sensor light emission is smaller than expected". I'll continue troubleshooting it.
