Hello, while there was no problem this morning, the blue color nozzle tests of my printer are constantly causing problems. Every time I start a head cleaning, the nozzles change places. Once you see the blue top side is printed, then you see the bottom side. I thought the problem was the damper, I changed the damper but that didn't work either. Any advice you can give? thanks.

Could be air, could be partial clog on the print head, could be the manifold, have you tried flushing the blue nozzle? how's the bottom part of the print head any dried ink covering them?
Or put cleaning solution on the waste pad until full, then close the pipe, let the print head park there overnight, open the pipe, do head clening then check again.

I haven't flushed the blue nozzle yet, I am afraid of damaging the printhead. The bottom part of the printhead is completely clean. I believe it is an ink starvation problem. Nozzle check it's bad, when I print something blue, it comes great. After then it can't keep up. Any more suggestions?

Is that image supposed to be blue or was it purple? AFAIK if it was ink starvation it would just print thin lines of blue, but yours came out purple.
What did you do to the printhead before this happened? How old is this printhead?
