Just got a new computer and cannot get the printer to print. It seems like I have everything setup correctly in Illustrator CC and the printer settings are identical to my old computer. Only difference is this is a MAC and old computer was PC.

So, when I hit print it just slides the film on through without even trying to print. Is there anything I'm missing? Has anyone had this problem?

mine had a simular problem when I first got, i think it only happened when the "fix photo" option was checked, this was on a PC

Did you download the Epson print driver? If so, go into your system preferences > Printers & Scanners and make sure you see your printer. From there, highlight your printer, click on "options & supplies" > "Utility" and click print test page.
