can i refill my cartridges without taking them out of the printer so i don't have to do a head cleaning and recharge? It takes too long and wastes too much ink

A lot of the 1100 carts are Auto reset. Before my 1100 got hit by lighting when it was empty it would auto reset to full. My 1400 does the samething.

It will automatically reset. If you have shut off when it shows empty then they are not auto resetting.
