Hi anyone out there can you help us every single time our DTG viper runs the ink low message and we have to reset the cartridges we have endless problems and the machine is down for days as well as myself off work trying to fix it we have tried literally everything we have about fifty chips now sitting in a bag that do not work we have put new batteries into the resetter turned the machine off at the wall and left it 24 hours new chip reciever in the ink bay new cables new boards all to be left with the same problems every single time surely there is a way to bypass the ink low message when the ink is never low when looking on the software the option is deleted for this
