i am using CCI DXP dual cure emulsion that came with a package that i got from silk screen supplies.com the emulsion coted well and when i exposed the screens for the time they recomended the screen came out great but my problem is i wanna reuse my screens i tryed using ER/80 screen reclaimer that came with the package and im pretty sure i have already ruined two screens by letting it dry on them but the frist time i tryed it the emulson didnt wash out so i figured id let it sit for a while to let the emulison brake down even more thats how i ruined the frist two screens now how do i get CCI DXP dual cure emulsion off easily or should i switch emulison

i got the same package when i first got in to screen printing,
u should apply the emulation remover scrub let sit for 30 sec and scrub again use water pressure after that and it should be good. i recommend u getting a water pressure gun easier and faster

Don't leave the emulsion remover dry! Like stated above, spray the emulsion remover, use a scrub brush to agitate the emulsion, let it sit for 30 seconds and then hit it with a power washer. Back in the day I'd do to a DIY car wash and use their power washer.
