What kind of emulsion are you using, how are you producing your films and what kind of light source is the Yudu giving off?
Emulsion problem need help
I was burning one of my screens last night and when it came down to washin out my screen not all the emulsion was washing away completely so my design wasn't coming out right this happened twice.....why isn't the emulsion washing out of my screen has any one had this problem and hiw do u fix it??? I'm using my Yudu as my exposure unit buy I'm using a harco 6 color 4 station to do my work

The emulsion is called CCI PRO CHEM SWR 3 Gallon I'm barley getting into silk screening so I donor have all the equipment right now I'm getting my letters and designs printed at kincos (FedEx office) get 2 copies and tape then together to get a darker print of my I image as for the question you asked about my light from the yudu I'm not to familiar what you were asking....hopefully you can give me some Answers with this information here thanks.....also could it be that my emulsion went bad?????
