Im am using udc hv and it works great. but why is it that when I wash out my image the t shirt side is dry but the print side is gooy and runny. its still good for a run but I must dry it fast or it'll get into the image. I burn it for 4 min 20 sec on a RXP exposure unit. the 110 mesh dries over night

It's likely you're underexposing.

Where did you get 4m20s?

If it's gooey, 4:20 ain't working.

Go up to a single step exposure calculator to figure proper times which will vary according to mesh count, emulsion, humidity, mesh color etc.
