Two choices: White Vinegar and Water (50%/50%) Spray and dab. (This is our fav choice)

OR......

Rubbing Alcohol and Water (50%/50%) Spray and Dab.
Possibly add to that, I've heard 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water. Here are some threads on it to see if it is right for you:

Hydrogen Peroxide / Water works well too.

Thank you for the confirmation, Teddy, I wasn't sure if it would work well here, for this application as well. Have a great day. :)
Thanks ALL,

Peroxide and water worked very well.....I also used Bleach and water on a batch to test......shirts were white, But i did lose some brightness on the garments..... I survived and customers were happy..... Thanks again

Wow, great.... and thank you to NAI for returning and giving your feedback on the results... another great scorch thread that's really helpful. I guess I recommend the hydrogen peroxide and water then without worrying... thanks all. :) Have a great day, glad it all worked out, it's nice when that happens. :)
