I have a ton of embroidery files and I have to open each one to see the image, some files have a pdf that I can print a catalog. My question is do I have to convert the images to like a jpeg and the to a pdf, if anyone knows how or can direct me to the right place where I can learn to do it I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not that familiar with the file extensions on embroidery files, but what I did was to buy a software program that let me convert just about all types of files into a pdf. You can even do a pdf "booklet", so that you can make your own multiple page pdf documents. If you do a search on "creating pdf", you should come up with a lot of inexpensive, and maybe even some free software that will help you do this.
