Does anyone attach a disclaimer to thier email to prevent someone from stealing their files or ideas.
If so can you give us a sample of wording?

You think? If I send an email with a preview of my design they can just steal it, is that what your saying?

Even if you attach a disclaimer, someone can still steal your design if they want. You can take legal action to protect your work, but you will need to prove authorship and that the other party used your copyrighted design. The disclaimer would hardly be of relevance anyway. You are better off using a watermark or copyright notice. Either way, it's really just a deterrent. There is no automatic way to prevent someone from stealing a design.

We send low resolution images - 72dpi for on screen viewing as well as water marks on some images.
Are you talking about someone stealing designs for themselves or taking you design to another printer?
