Electical requirements for Fair

Hello, I am about to do my first events selling t-shirts. The events offer electrical hookups at a cost, but I am not sure what I need :(
One of the applications states the following:
**All vendors MUST provide 150 FT. of approved electrical cable, with a 4-
pronged plug – NO DIRECT WIRING.

What the heck is 4 pronged wiring? Is it expensive, where to buy it?

Also, the choices for electricity are as follows:
Electrical requirements (please check appropriate line)
_____ 120 20 amp $25.00
_____ 120 30 amp $35.00
_____ 240 30 amp $60.00
_____ 240 40 amp $80.00
_____ 240 50 amp $100.00
_____ 240 60 amp $120.00
_____ 240 70 amp $140.00
_____ 240 80 amp $200.00

What do I need in order to run a heat press/ laptop / hat press / vinyl cutter / and some lights? I am fearful that I will need the $200 selection, but I hope thats not the case :(

Thank you all VERY much for the help!

If you run everything off of the same breaker in your house, you'll probably only need the 120v 20a option and at most the 120 30 option. That's assuming you run everything off of 120v, which is probably the case.

I believe the 4 pronged plug is only for the 240 options.
I guess the 4.05 extra I pay for 20 amps x 120 is a "sweet deal"....
30 amps will do the job. Now for the four prong plug must be using a twist plug or 50 amp rv style

Thanks everyone for all the responses. Is it of your opinion that I would ONLY need the 150 foot four pronged plug for the 240v, and thus this is something I should not worry about. I don't want to get there without one and not have any electrical - that would be a disaster :(

Thanks again!
ask the event people what that means.
