New to the forum so hello to everyone first of all.

I have a question about Eh721 Vinyl cutter. I purchased one last week and im using Flexisingpro10 software.

When I send a design to cut basic letters and designs dont fully cut. There is a slight break, as if the vinyl cutter couldnt be bothered finishing the job off. Its individual letters like it doesnt cut the full shape of a letter A all the way round, it just falls short every time.

Any ideas ?
