Hi,

I have had this equipment for a little over a year and have hardly used it at all. Because of circumstances (work), I do not have time to build a business as planned. Everything is in working condition, and I have no complaints - great product and fantastic support from Belquette.

I live in East Texas. I am not opposed to driving it a reasonable distance.

Thanks!

I'm sorry I am just now responding. I haven't checked this post in a couple of weeks.

For the Edge alone - $4900. That is w/o shipping.

I would like to avoid the expense and hassle of shipping if possible. I am in East Texas. Where are you?

Thanks for asking! Let me know if I can answer any questions.

Hi, sqerdle3

I'm so sorry I never noticed your post. I imagine you have found something by now. The printer is still available. I sold the Edge ... then life got busy, and I am just now making myself focus on selling the printer.

Let me know if you would like any information.

EDGE, Compressor, and nozzle cleaning machine for sale

I have a Belquette Edge machine for sale. It has been used for two years and I switched over to an electric machine that is faster. It has worked well for the previous two years. Here are the things that may need to be updated

1. The machine does not recirculate on it's own. We have sprayed the pre-treat through the nozzle then refilled the tube to manually recirculate the pre-treat. I have been told it needs a new sensor. It will auto refill the pre-treat when the tube gets low, so no issues there.

2. You may need a new dark garment pre-treat tube, or switch it with the light colored tube, which has never been used. We have cleaned the tube a few times with distilled water, but there is still residue from the pre-treat along the sides of the tube, which can break loose and clog the check valve.

3. It will need a new check valve for the pre-treat. These are about $1 from belquette and it is a 10 minute fix. Unscrew the old one, screw the new one in place. I have done this about 3 times, as the valve tends to get clogged from the residue in the tube.

4. There are some times that the magnetic sensor will not read the float in the pre-treat tube and you will get a message that the machine cannot find the level. When that happens, we hold a magnet on the back of the tube and "trick" the system. If you leave the machine tube filled to the top when turning it off, we don't seem to have the issue. Probably due to the residue buildup in the tube, that the sensor can't see the float.

5. The nozzle tip is about 6 months old. We have replaced the tip twice in two years. They run about $75 from Belquette. We have cleaned the nozzle every night after use, with the the cleaning machine.

Overall, the machine works very well. It was disconnected on Monday and there is distilled water in the pre-treat tube for storage. Asking price is $2500 or best offer. This does not include shipping. New machines are $7000, the cleaning machine is another $400 I think.

I am located in Bloomington, MN. Let me know if interested. [email protected], 612-859-3731

Thanks!
