I have talked to these people several times, they are a Husband and Wife team and make their own applications,, I don't think you can go wrong with using their services.

I've got two sites up with them and think they are the best. You just can't beat the price, and at any price they give you the tools and guidance to make it yourself. You can almost always reach them quickly, and they flat out help you free of charge. I hope someday to grow beyond what they provide, but I really hate the idea because of how great they are. As a start up needing a shopping cart that takes cards I can't say enough good about them. Also they will pay you to bring customers their way. I don't want to slam anyone by name, but I first tried another similar outfit regularly touted on this forum, and these guys are just miles ahead. The other unnamed host required that you write HTML, and you simply could not ever get a hold of them.

I have not talked to them yet, but I like their product. It does not bother me that they are a small company. They probably have their life savings put into this and are willing to go the extra mile to help you if you need it. I'm going to give them a try.

I am going to give them a try, I have found the same thing you have, big advertising budgets and promises about service, only to find out the service was poor and more hidden costs.
