So , i was surfing throw internet and i discover in a german company (Politape) that have printable vinyls or opaque paper!
Most of them is for Eco Solvent , solvent or latex printer!
I have try the one for the inkjet but the feeling on the t-shirt is like a sticker!
But i was wondering
The material that i have try is 160μ (thick)

But there is more films there and especially the one called
ULTIMATE PRINT SUPERSOFT 4033 MATT

The specs for this film is

PU-film
Opaque white, 50 micron
Top coated
For bright and dark textiles

Printing: True sided
Transfer-Tape: POLI-TACK 854
Liner: PET-film, 100 micron, non-adhesive
Printing Inkjet
ECO-Solvent, Solvent and Latex Inks

My theory
I assume that a 50μ opaque film is super thin and i think you have a soft feeling when you transfer to your garmin!

My questions?
1)Is my theory correct ?
2)Is there a low cost eco solvent printer A3 size ? (1000$ max.)

Note: The politape company is the company that makes one the best HTV (poliflex premium but in USA have another name )

No. Your best bet would be to look for a used Roland SP300v they are 30" printers and go for about $4500-$6000 (USD) used in working condition.
It will also contour cut the material for you as well.
Ok but I need only printer!when I search in eBay "eco solvent printer A3 " come this to the first results!
Is this an eco solvent printer? If yes is worth it?

That's not Eco-Solvent. So for the Uninitated in the thread as someone who's HAD a Eco Solvent (EPSON GS6000 AKA THE BEAST)
these machines LIVE to print. meaning if they don't print everyday they die heads, dampers, lines, filters clog. Bonus points are most of the time you have to call in repair services to fix it as it is usually outside of the end users scope to fix.

Next the smallest ECO-Solvent I've found is the Roland BN-20 and it after initial materials is going to set you back about $8k USD not to mention it lives by the same rules as the $35K USD printers in that if it doesn't print it dies. You may be saying to your self I've recovered print heads before... with Eco-Sol hang it up go buy another head (at about 3k USD installed) you will most likely have a success rate around 10%.

Thanks a lot for your help!
Although I was disappointed for what you have written!
No it is not the money that cost it, but the durability and the reliability of a product that cost 8000 USD !
In moment I sell 2 - 3 t-shirt per day ,I assume that is not enough for a Roland BN 20 to not clogged !

Ok my thoughts was to added black T-shirt also in my "Etsy shop" so I can make more potential customer and after of course more orders!

I have in May 2017 with hobby machines (desktop) started and I was able to make successfull my Etsy shop in the last 3 months!

The new product (black T-shirt with soft feeling) is my next step!

New material and a budget to invest is also in plan!

But i ask you because I think you have a big physical shop with many orders everyday!

Is it worth it to jump into eco solvent with the orders that in moment I have?

Also in my first post I have written that I have find material that is super thin opaque paper !

This super thin 50? opaque can provide soft feeling acceptable to wear?
(I know that can't provide soft feeling like screen printing or dtg)
I want the people to wear my t-shirt in summer and not stuck the design to their body if they sweating !

Thanks again
