Using ECO-Solvent2 inks with a Roland printer/cutter, how long should you wait before applying the transfer mask to the images.Using Sister Color print PU and Sister TTD Easy Mask. Having a problem with the mask sticking to the printed surface and lifting the image of the carrier.

Frank,
If the TTD Easy Mask is pulling ink off the print, I daresay you have a bigger problem than wait times. Although many manufacturers advise you to wait a few hours before using a printed T-shirt transfer, in my experience, the ink should be dry coming off the printer. It sounds like you're either putting down too much ink or don't have the printer's heaters at a high enough temperature to allow the ink to fully penetrate the media.
What are your heater settings and what ICC Profile are you using?

I am using Rolands icc profile for generic heat transfer material. I have looked at Sisters web site for an ICC profile but since I am using a xr-640 pro, nobody has a profile for it.

My heater setting are as follows

Pre: 44 c
Print: 45 c
Drying: 55 c

Head Height: Low

Hello Frank:

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the ColorPrint PU.
Are you having problems with the ink coming off the media, or picking the media up onto the mask?

Please feel free to give me a call at your earliest convenience to discuss and find a resolution.

Thank you for your patience,
