Has anyone else noticed on their eco film that the width is a little shorter. I ordered a new roll in this week and it is 1/4" narrower than my previous (I don't want to be picky), but that 1/4" can make a difference when you set up designs to get the most out of every square inch on you vinyl. I did purchase this thru Imprintables; howeve' I'm not saying anything bad about them because they have been wonderful with everything that I have ever asked of them!! :):D

I have had the same thing happen to me.im sure its was just a cutting error, the eco film comes in larger rolls and imprintables cuts them to size.but you are right imprintables is great,i have never bought anything from anyone else(vinyl and cutters) and i dont think i will, josh is awesome to work with!!!

hmm, I just checked my eco film. The black and white are 1/4 inch narrower, but all the other colors are right on. This would explain why I had to adjust my last 2 cutting jobs. I thought I did something wrong.

I hope its just a mistake, and not a habit. I really like the eco film, and dealing with imprintables too.

Makes me question the the yardage too :(

Yeah, I was thinking that I would call them(maybe Josh isn't aware of this error done in the warehouse), I glad (well not really glad) to hear that I'm not the only one in this boat. After I talk with them I post back here to let you know what I found out.

I have had the same problem this week. I called Mike, but they wanted me to send back the roll. I didn't have time for that so we used it, what a PIA. This job of course had the designs to the edge. Labor killed me, having to adjust the roll after every few feet.

Some of my rolls are 14 1/2-14 5/8.
