Thx, lou, I appriciate the encouragement . The issue is MONEY. I will upgrade when and if it is reasonable ! If these less costly items are not what they claim , I got beat ! and will warn others.

I'm so glad someone said something about Sunie. I would like to get one of those as a short-term item until we were more comfortable at forking out bigger dollars and thought we could use the Sunie as a backup plan just in case.

If anyone knows anything negative about the Sunie, please share.

I know several people that have them and have varying degrees of success with them. As stated may be a good choice to start with and to make monery to upgrade. Then keep the sunie for back up. Charles you can pipe in here. He bought directly from them in Carson City.

I LOVE my sunie!:)

...although I recently splurged on a Hotronix draw press, I will keep my Sunie because it is a great press and I do still love it!:)

I am one of the lurkers of this forum. I read a lot of it's great info but I rarely post. I am the designer and manufacturer of the E-Z Press. I have seen some bad things mentioned about my product, most of which comes from people who have never used one. Well I could say all kinds of things about my product and it could simply be a sales pitch full of lies. Instead of trying to defend my product I urge everyone to please check my feedback that has been left by other users of the E-Z Press. It speaks for itself. eBay feedback

The E-Z Press is for some. Not for all. Individuals must look at their goals, their needs and their pocket books before they make a decision on a heat press. Heck, I shop around for gas that's 5 cent cheaper!...even if it is from a no-name gas station!

Bottom line is: It works. Not with the bells and whistles of a commercial press but it sure beats a hand iron.

It may work.. but those bells and whistles are there for a reason. Output of product in the professional since is based on time , temp and pressure. I don't want to guess if I am pressing 100 shirts. I am sure you built your press out of frustration to bring a lower price product to the market at a time that it made it very competitive but there are many products out there that are lower in price now, as the Sunie is, so I would suggest if it came down to it.. I would suggest a person get a unit with those all important whistles and bells.. again in most cases they are there for a reason.
