So regular halogen bulbs are what people are using, correct? I think that unit will work slick being adjustable if I build a short table.

People are using them, but they're relatively low in UV output. And, using 2 bulbs tends to negate the one benefit of an halogen bulb, which is using it as a single-point exposure light. They throw off a lot of heat, film tends to stick to the emulsion from the heat, exposure times are relatively long compared to a multi-bulb unfiltered blacklight setup, or a metal-halide setup.

I would just stick with a single bulb too.
From what i understand is to much heat is not good for the emulsion.
