I got some quotes to print about 24 t-shirts using dye-sub so the design covers the whole t-shirt. It's about ~$25 - $31 per t-shirt! ($31 if it's those cut-and-sew garments that are dye-sub first then sewn together to prevent white streaks under the armpit area)

Is this a normal pricing for dye-sub t-shirts? If not, what is the average cost one should expect?

If one t-shirt costs $31 to make, then I add my own markup of $12, the tshirt would hit $43 or more. I wonder if dye sub t-shirts usually cost so much.

Jakprints may be a good option for all over on a premade shirt. looks like they are using Vapors shirts which is a great dye sub shirt. Cut and sew wholesale at 24 units should be around $22-24 range. You will get some voids with the Vapor shirt which is unavoidable unless you use a shirt that has like a box fit which allows it to lay a bit flatter. The trade off is the fit is less desired.
