I am new to this and just got a printer and ink. I have done some can coolers, alum name badges, t shirts, all for testing and fun. i now have a client that wants pocket screwdrivers.
my question is how do you heat something so small in diameter?
Do I need a special heater?

Also where does everyone get the sublimation blanks from?

Never heard of pocket screwdivers being available for dye sub. Items like that are typically done by direct print from an eco solvent printer.

You can also screen print a logo on them. You'd have to use a cylindrical press that rolls the object under the screen, however, pad printing is the most popular and cost effective way to print them.
