DTS Direct To Screen issues

what DTS are you using? how much is it off?
we are using the M&R i-image and we had an issue with the center being off by half an inch but it turned out it was user error. the screens were not being properly loaded. that was the only location issue we've had

Ours is a Legend DTS 2800 Acti Cameras from SPSI. There is an issue with one of the corner posts on the screen not fitting well, but the top is stable so it the image is straight but yes off side to side about a half an inch. For some reason if I resave the file over the old one it seams to line up again. This doesn't make sense at all. Any other ideas?
