[subprinting]

Hi,

I just recently got a second hand viper and just been refurbished today and started getting this error after turning on the printer

Service Required 00010000

It is a PF Error has anyone had this error before and how did you fix it?

Marco, this error is related to the PF Motor Encoder. If you look on the side of the printer, there should be an encoder wheel. Check to make sure it's clean, has no obstructions and all connections are made.

If you purchased your Viper from ColDesi, you can put in a support ticket by either calling or sending an email to [email protected].
