I am also in KY and have a HM1 that at present is humming along just fine but am almost two years now on these dampers and printhead so I know I will need a tuneup soon. If you find a tech that comes to you I would love to have him by to tune up my HM1 why he is here. If you find one post it here please.
DTG Technician KY VIPER
I need a Technician in the KY area to do work on a DTG Viper. I have two machines one is not currently working at all and the other is having minor problems with the printing.

If you found someone perhaps we could share travel expenses if that was necessary for someone to come to Ky.
Do you have any idea if the printer is shooting error codes?
