What's the problem, to be honest unless it's mboard related these things are a quite easy to fix. You can always PM me, I've fixed my HM1 on several occasions and found a parts supplier who is half the price on heads than what YES would want

@utero: could you PM me your dealer for the printhead. the american one from ebay wont send me parts to austria and here they want 650€ for a head... maybe i would also take a capping station and some other parts cause the HM1 needs a full service!

Ok ,I've had a look through it for your problem ,it seems that the paper lever is in the raised position, now remembering that were looking at a modified casing now as its in the Viper shell the lever is situated (viewing from the front) on the top right hand corner if you can't locate it under the casing it may have been rewired to work within the Dtg side of things so I would suggest calling Wayne at YES for assistance and possibly paying for a callout ;)

have a good look yourself before calling No embroidery, they will no doubt fleece you for something relatively easy to fix, their customer service is disgusting. there are a few old pros in here who will help you im sure. patience is probably the key and some good old google-ing!

good luck
