DTG problems printing white ink sometimes prints good sometimes not

I am having problems printing the white ink in my DTG. I have flushed, filled, head cleaned, checked all the lines to see if they are flowing and changed the dampers. It is printing a light white instead of white white. I have been printing just a white box and still the same problem. And I have about 50 black shirts to print. Anybody have any other ideas?????

it could be a pretreat problem.. post a picture

what are your settings?? is the underbase light??
Whats the nozzle check look like?
Check all dampers are seated completely. Use a program such as printer jockey to flush individual channels. Also shows which one is not up to par. Check waste tank lines clear.
After messing with it all day yesterday last night it printed white white so I don't think it is the pretreat. As of this moment it isn't printing the white at all. I have even tried printing it as a base with color over it and white on white and now no white at this moment. The other colors are printing good.
What kind of machine do you have?
are your bottles level? do you have enough ink in them? did you prime the dampers after flushing? not doing ink fills but actually priming them..
When I print a nozzle check it either prints part of a white line, missing 2, missing all 3, never a complete perfect check. Other colors are good. That is why I decided just to try printing a white box (last night when it was in the mood) and it printed great now another story. I'll check the dampers again. When I do a ink fill and clip off the rest of the colors except the white ink sort of comes out but it isn't a white color. When I do the ink fill with all inks open it comes out like a little stream I guess you would say.
Bottles level as sitting level or ink level? They are 1/2 full right now. Not exactly sure how to prime it without doing a fill. You can see some ink in the dampers.
DTG Kiosk 1 converted to a 2.
to prime a damper you need to take a syringe (10 cc) not a pointed one...
take the syringe and place on to the bottom part of the damper and pull with the syringe and make sure the damper is full of ink then try another nozzle check.

priming dampers are very important because ink fills are not enough..
I'll try this. Did not know that. Thanks
Do not overlook the waste tank lines if they are clogged partially clogged or pinched you will have this same problem. I just had it a few weeks ago. I found my line going into the tank pinched. To check open waste tank with syringe pull from the end. U should suck ink thru. Easily.

This should actually be performed as part of monthly maintenance.
Here we go again. I have black or colored ink in the white damper (new damper) now what? I have completely flushed out the system, checked hose, filled, cleaned and whatever else I could think of now this problem. I have already ruined a bottle of white ink because of this problem. Why am I getting ink in the damper??????
Are you putting cleaning solution in the capping station at night? If so and its more than a few drops it can start a syphoning of one ink to another to equalize the levels. Even without the cleaning solution you can see this if the ink levels between the bottles are not kept close to even. Suggested practice is to fill ink to equal levels at the end of the day.
One reason ink draws into the damper is back pressure from doing a cleaning and is caused from blockage somewhere between the damper and the ink bottle. During the clean cycle, the pump under the capping station draws ink out with suction, if it can't draw ink , it causes back pressure and when the cleaning cycle is finished, the pressure equalizes causing waste ink in the capping station to draw into the damper.
Thanks for that info. Didn't really know I should make sure of the bottles. But how can I make it stop? I have one new damper left and afraid to even put in on.
There should be a breather hole on the bottle in order for the ink to flow. If you try to print with the breather hole closed that will cause the ink to stop flowing. What I recommend is after hooking up the (damper) cartridge turn it upside down and then draw ink with the syringe until the damper is full of ink then you can put it in place and then you will need to do a cleaning cycle of some soft to prime the head.
Hi all, I have the same problem with white ink (DTG Freejet 340 TX). The print head is new, during the instalation the result with white was too bad and the survice provider blames on the dampers. Now I have changed all dampers for the white with new one and the problem is still the same. All tubes are passable (for the ink and those for waste ink). Capping system is also new. During the feeding process seems that everything is OK, when start printing with white channels, the start is perfect but during the end of printing white fades out. Here is the result, any help is appreciated:
